做法:小鍋加入糖用小火熬融,開始時不要攪拌,等鍋邊糖開始融化後再攪拌。加入滾水与糖一起煮化,要不斷攪拌。要小心不要讓滾水燙到。
Method: Add the sugar to a small pot. Cook in low heat until the sugar is melt. Do not stir until the sugar around edges start to melt. Stir in the boiling water and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Be careful that the hot water might spill.
