做法
1. | 柳橙和葡萄柚兩頭切掉後去皮(白色部份要完全切除),順著白膜切出果肉。果肉略切數下後放進濾網濾5分鐘。豆薯去皮後切成小丁。薄荷葉疊在一起後捲起來切成細絲。 |
2. | 將萊姆汁,蜂蜜,鹽和辣椒末在碗裡調勻,再加入柳橙,葡萄柚和豆薯拌勻即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut off the two ends of each oranges & grapefruit and slice off the peel (remove all the white part). Section the oranges between membranes. Roughly cut the fruit flesh . Drain the fruits in a sieve for 5 minutes. Peel and dice the jicama. Chiffonade (Stack, roll and slice) the mint leaves. |
2. | Mix the lime juice, honey, salt and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Add the fruits and jicama and combine well. |
