軟式單餅麵糊 Soft Flat Pancake Batter

材料 Ingredients
高筋麵粉 Bread flour 3/4 杯 cup
雜糧粉 Assorted grain powder 1/4 杯 cup
玉米粉 Corn starch 2 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt 1/4 小匙 tsp
雞蛋 Egg 1 個 ea
牛奶 Milk 1 杯cup

做法: 將所有材料在碗裡攪拌均勻,蓋上保潔膜靜置30分鐘後使用。牛奶可以用豆漿或水取代。3/4杯高筋麵粉+1/4杯雜糧粉可以被1杯高筋麵粉或1/2杯全麥麵粉+1/2杯高筋麵粉取代。

Method: Stir all the ingredients in a bowl to combine. Cover the bowl and sit for 30 minutes before use. The milk can be substituted with soy milk or water. ¾ cup of bread flour + ¼ cup of grain powder can be substituted with 1 cup of bread flour or ½ cup of whole wheat flour + ½ cup of bread flour.

食用油 cooking oil1 小匙 tsp

做法: 平底鍋燒熱後加入1小匙油和1/2杯的軟式單餅麵糊。輕輕晃動鍋子讓麵糊分佈均勻。用小火煎到兩面都呈金黃色。

Method: Add 1 tsp of oil and ½ cup of Soft Flat Pancake Batter in a heated pan. Tile the pan to make the batter distribute evenly. Pan-fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
