蒜炒雙色包心菜 Sautéed Two Color Cabbage with Garlic

材料 Ingredients
紅包心菜 Red cabbage 1/4 個 head
綠包心菜 Green cabbage 1/4 個 head
大蒜 Garlic 2 瓣 clove
鹽 Salt 1/2 小匙 tsp
食用油 Cooking oil 2 大匙 Tbs
水 Water 1/4 杯 cup

做法
1.兩種包心菜去心後切成粗絲。大蒜去皮後切片。
2.炒鍋燒熱後加入所有材料,用大火翻炒到包心菜達到你喜歡的軟度。



PROCEDURE
1.Core and cut both cabbages into thick strips. Peel and slice the garlic.
2.Add all the ingredients in a heated wok and sauté over high heat until the cabbages reach desired tenderness.
