蒜烤麵包佐醃燻鮭魚 Smoked Salmon Bruschetta

材料 Ingredients
法國麵包 French Baguette1 條 loaf
橄欖油 Olive oil 1 大匙 Tbs
大蒜 Garlic 1 瓣 clove
已切片醃燻鮭魚 Sliced smoked salmon1 磅 lb (450g)
蝦夷蔥-洋蔥口味奶油乳酪 Chive-onion cream cheese 1 杯 (226g) cup (8oz)
鮭魚卵 Raw salmon roe1/2 杯 cup
續隨子酸豆 Caper 1/4 杯 cup
蝦夷蔥段(4cm) Chive segments (1.5") 32 段 ea

做法
1.烤箱預熱到400°F (200°C)。
2.法國麵包切成1cm厚小片,共需16片。
3.每片麵包刷上薄薄層橄欖油,再用大蒜塗抹過一遍。將麵包放進烤箱烤5分鐘。
4. 取出麵包。每片麵包先塗上1 大匙奶油乳酪,上放一片鮭魚,再加上1/4小匙酸豆和1/2大匙鮭魚卵。最後交叉擺上兩段蝦夷蔥點綴。



PROCEDURE
1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Cut the French bread into 1cm thick slices. Need 16 slices.
3.Brush each bread with a thin layer of olive oil then rub it with garlic. Toast the bread in the oven for 5 minutes.
4. Remove the bread. Spread 1 tbs of cream cheese on the bread then place a slice of smoked salmon on top of it. Top it with ¼ tbs of caper and ½ tbs of salmon roe. Garnish the bruschetta with two chive segments.
