1. | 烤箱預熱到400°F (200°C)。 |
2. | 法國麵包切成1cm厚小片,共需16片。 |
3. | 每片麵包刷上薄薄層橄欖油,再用大蒜塗抹過一遍。將麵包放進烤箱烤5分鐘。 |
4. | 取出麵包。每片麵包先塗上1 大匙奶油乳酪,上放一片鮭魚,再加上1/4小匙酸豆和1/2大匙鮭魚卵。最後交叉擺上兩段蝦夷蔥點綴。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). |
2. | Cut the French bread into 1cm thick slices. Need 16 slices. |
3. | Brush each bread with a thin layer of olive oil then rub it with garlic. Toast the bread in the oven for 5 minutes. |
4. | Remove the bread. Spread 1 tbs of cream cheese on the bread then place a slice of smoked salmon on top of it. Top it with ¼ tbs of caper and ½ tbs of salmon roe. Garnish the bruschetta with two chive segments. |
