做法﹕
1. | 將柳橙汁和蜂蜜放進小鍋裡用中大火煮滾,繼續煮到液體剩下原來的3/4,大約3分鐘。 |
2. | . 加入蔓越莓繼續煮到蔓越莓爆開而醬汁變稠,大約10分鐘。盛出備用。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Place the orange juice and honey in a small sauce pan and bring the mixture to a boil. Continue to cook over medium-high heat until the mixture reduces by ¼, approx. 3 minutes. |
2. | Add the cranberries and cook until they pop and sauce is thick, approx. 10 minutes. Set the relish aside for serving later. |
