扁食 Taiwanese Wonton Soup

材料 Ingredients
薄餛飩皮 Thin wonton wrap 60 張 sheet
五香肉餡 Five Spices Meat Filling 1 磅 lb (450g)
麵湯頭 Soup Base for Noodles 1 份 portion
芹菜丁 Diced celery 1 大匙 Tbs
小白菜 Baby cabbage 適量 proper amount

做法
1. 五香肉餡 準備好。
2.將餛飩照圖解包好。
3.準備 麵湯頭 。這是1人份,請自行調整份量。
4.等湯滾了後將餛飩投入水中煮到浮起來,再放進小白菜燙熟﹐約 30秒。最後放進芹菜丁。



Procedure
1.Prepare the Five Spices Meat Filling .
2.Wrap the wontons by following the steps in the pictures above.
3.Prepare the Soup Base for Noodles . This is for one person. Please adjust the portion according to your need.
4.While the soup is boiling, add the wontons and cook until they are floating above the water. Put the baby cabbage in the soup and cook for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the diced celery and fried shallot.
