做法
1. | 準備煎雞胸 ,調味料選用Low's 調味鹽。煎好等10分鐘後切成1.5 cm方塊。 |
2. | 牛油生菜逐葉洗乾淨,再用沙拉脫水器脫乾或用紙巾擦乾。 |
3. | 將芹菜,玉米,蒔蘿,雞塊和藍莓倒入一個大盆,再加入適量牧場沙拉醬拌勻。 |
4. | 大盤鋪上牛油生菜葉,中心再擺上雞肉沙拉。用牛油生菜葉包裹雞肉沙拉食用。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Prepare Pan-fried chicken breast . Use Lowry's seasoned salt. Cut the chicken into 0.6" cubes. |
2. | Rinse the butter lettuce leaf by leaf. Dry the leaves in a salad spinner or with paper towels. |
3. | Place the celery, corns, dills, chicken cubes and blueberries in a large bowl. Add proper amount of the ranch dressing and mix to combine. |
4. | Arrange lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a large serving platter and pile the chicken salad in the center. While eating, wrap proper amount of chicken salad with a lettuce leaf. |
