夏日雞肉沙拉 Summer Chicken Salad

材料 Ingredients
煎雞胸 Pan-fried chicken breast 2 個 ea
牛油生菜 Butter lettuce 1 顆 head
洋芹菜丁 Diced celery 1/2 杯 cup
玉米粒 Corn kernel 1-1/2 杯 cup
蒔蘿末 Minced dill 2 大匙 Tbs
藍莓 Blueberry1 杯 cup
牧場沙拉醬 Ranch dressing 適量 Proper amount

註:藍莓可用葡萄取代。

做法
1.準備煎雞胸 ,調味料選用Low's 調味鹽。煎好等10分鐘後切成1.5 cm方塊。
2.牛油生菜逐葉洗乾淨,再用沙拉脫水器脫乾或用紙巾擦乾。
3.將芹菜,玉米,蒔蘿,雞塊和藍莓倒入一個大盆,再加入適量牧場沙拉醬拌勻。
4.大盤鋪上牛油生菜葉,中心再擺上雞肉沙拉。用牛油生菜葉包裹雞肉沙拉食用。



PROCEDURE
1.Prepare Pan-fried chicken breast . Use Lowry's seasoned salt. Cut the chicken into 0.6" cubes.
2.Rinse the butter lettuce leaf by leaf. Dry the leaves in a salad spinner or with paper towels.
3.Place the celery, corns, dills, chicken cubes and blueberries in a large bowl. Add proper amount of the ranch dressing and mix to combine.
4. Arrange lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a large serving platter and pile the chicken salad in the center. While eating, wrap proper amount of chicken salad with a lettuce leaf.
