做法﹕
1. | 海帶用濕紙巾擦乾淨。小魚乾和香菇用水沖洗乾淨。 |
2. | 將所有材料放入鍋燒滾後撇去浮在湯上的渣滓。轉小火加蓋煮15分鐘。 |
3. | 撈出海帶,香菇和小魚乾(可做其它用途)。用濾網過濾掉雜質後即可使用。 |
Procedure:
1. | Wipe the kelp with damp paper towels. Rinse the dried anchovies and mushrooms. |
2. | Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Skim off any foam on the surface. Turn the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. |
3. | Discard the kelp, anchovies and mushrooms (reserve for other use). Pour the soup base through a strainer to filter out small particles. |
