韓式辣黃瓜 Oi Muchim (Korean Spicy Cucumber Salad)

材料 Ingredients
英國黃瓜 English cucumber 1 條 ea
韓國粗辣椒粉 Korean red pepper flake 1 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
醬油 Soy sauce 2 小匙 tsp
糖 Sugar 1 小匙 tsp
米醋 Rice Vinegar2 小匙 tsp
麻油 Sesame oil2 小匙 tsp
大蒜末 Minced garlic 2 小匙 tsp
蔥花 Minced scallion 1 大匙 Tbs
熟白芝麻 Roasted white sesame seed 2 小匙 tsp

做法﹕
1.黃瓜洗乾淨後擦乾。直切成2半後,斜切成0.5cm厚薄片。
2.將黃瓜和其它材料在一個大碗裡拌勻後加蓋放進並箱冷藏。



PROCEDURE:
1.Rinse and dry the cucumber. Cut the cucumber lengthwise in half then diagonally cut each half into 0.5cm thick slices.
2. Mix the cucumber with all other ingredients in a big bowl. Cover the bowl and store the dish in the fridge.
