韓式涼拌菠菜 Sigeumchi Namul (Korean Seasoned Spinach)

材料 Ingredients
菠菜嫩葉 Baby spinach 2/3 磅 lb (300g)
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
醬油 Soy sauce 1 小匙 tsp
糖 Sugar 1/2 小匙 tsp
麻油 Sesame oil2 小匙 tsp
大蒜末 Minced garlic 2 小匙 tsp
白芝麻 White sesame seed 2 小匙 tsp

做法﹕
1.燒開一鍋水。菠菜洗乾淨後放入滾水中燙45 秒後放在冷水裡沖涼。擠乾水份後切成小段。
2.將擠乾的菠菜和其它材料在一個大碗裡拌勻後加蓋放進並箱冷藏。



PROCEDURE:
1.Boil a pot of water. Wash the spinach and blanch in the hot water for 45 seconds. Shock the spinach in cold water then squeeze it dry.
2. Mix the spinach with all other ingredients in a big bowl. Cover the bowl and store the dish in the fridge.
