做法﹕
1. | 燒開一鍋水。菠菜洗乾淨後放入滾水中燙45 秒後放在冷水裡沖涼。擠乾水份後切成小段。 |
2. | 將擠乾的菠菜和其它材料在一個大碗裡拌勻後加蓋放進並箱冷藏。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Boil a pot of water. Wash the spinach and blanch in the hot water for 45 seconds. Shock the spinach in cold water then squeeze it dry. |
2. | Mix the spinach with all other ingredients in a big bowl. Cover the bowl and store the dish in the fridge. |
