做法﹕
1. | 魚板在滾水裡燙1分鐘去油。濾乾後切成1.25長條。 |
2. | 把2大匙油,洋蔥,紅椒和青椒塊放進燒熱的炒鍋內用中火炒1分鐘。 |
3. | 加入魚板和韓式燒醬,翻炒到魚板熱透即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Blanch the fish cake in boiling water for 1 minute to get rid of the excessive oil. Drain the water and cut the fish cake into 1/2" strips. |
2. | Add 2 tbs. of oil, onion, red pepper and green pepper in a heated wok. Sauté over medium heat for 1 minute. |
3. | Add the fish cake and Korean stir-fry sauce. Sauté until the fish cake is heated through. |
