韓式炒魚板 Eomuk Bokkeum (Sautéed Fish Cake)

材料 Ingredients
魚板片 Sheet fish cake1 磅 lb
洋蔥絲 Onion julieene1/2 杯 cup
紅椒絲 Red peppern julieene1/2 杯 cup
綠椒絲 Green peppern julieene1/2 杯 cup
食用油 Cooking oil 2 大匙 Tbs
韓式燒醬 Korean stir-fry sauce 1/2 份 portion

做法﹕
1.魚板在滾水裡燙1分鐘去油。濾乾後切成1.25長條。
2.把2大匙油,洋蔥,紅椒和青椒塊放進燒熱的炒鍋內用中火炒1分鐘。
3.加入魚板和韓式燒醬,翻炒到魚板熱透即可。



PROCEDURE:
1.Blanch the fish cake in boiling water for 1 minute to get rid of the excessive oil. Drain the water and cut the fish cake into 1/2" strips.
2.Add 2 tbs. of oil, onion, red pepper and green pepper in a heated wok. Sauté over medium heat for 1 minute.
3.Add the fish cake and Korean stir-fry sauce. Sauté until the fish cake is heated through.
