Method
Place the ginger and scallion in a food processor and pulse to combine. Transfer them to a small bowl and add the salt. Heat the oil in a skillet until the oil is almost smoking. Add the oil to the bowl to make the ginger-scallion mixture sizzle. Mix well. |
