薑蔥醬 Ginger Scallion Sauce

材料 Ingredients
薑(切丁) Ginger (diced)1 大匙 Tbs
蔥(切段) Scallion (segment)3 支 stalk
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
花生油 Peanut oil1/4 杯 cup

做法
將薑和蔥放進食物處理機用Pulse功能打碎後和鹽一起放進小碗裡。將油燒熱到幾乎冒煙的程度後倒入碗裡再攪拌均勻。



Method
Place the ginger and scallion in a food processor and pulse to combine. Transfer them to a small bowl and add the salt. Heat the oil in a skillet until the oil is almost smoking. Add the oil to the bowl to make the ginger-scallion mixture sizzle. Mix well.
