做法﹕
1. | 素麵依照包裝指示煮熟後用冷水沖涼。如果你們的自來水不能生飲,請用煮過的冷開水沖洗。將麵濾得很乾。 |
2. | 煮麵同時把小黃瓜切成粗條,水煮蛋對切,泡菜切成小塊。辣椒醬,醬油,米醋,糖,味霖,麻油和熟芝麻放在一個小碗裡調勻。 |
3. | 麵裝到碗裡後先和調好的醬汁拌勻再加泡菜略拌,最後裝擺上黃瓜條和水煮蛋即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Cook the noodles by following the instructions. Rinse the cooked noodles under running water until they are completely cold. If your tap water is not safe to drink, please use boiled cold water instead. Drain the water and make sure that the noodle are dry. |
2. | While cooking the noodles, cut the cucumber into strips, cut the egg in half and cut the kimchi into bite size. Mix the Gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, mirin, sesame oil and sesame seeds in a small bowl. |
3. | Mix the sauce wit noodles thoroughly in a bowl. Add the kimchi and mix briefly. Top the noodles with egg and cucumber strips. |
