做法﹕
1. | 米略為沖洗後濾乾。將洋蔥,大蒜,番茄膏和1/4杯水放進食物處理機打成泥。 |
2. | 將橄欖油加入厚底鍋內燒熱,倒進米用中大火炒到米變成金黃色,約4分鐘。 |
3. | 加入1項醬泥翻炒30秒後加入剩餘的水,鹽和雞粉拌勻。 |
4. | 等燒滾後,轉最小火加蓋煮20分鐘。熄火後再燜10分鐘。 |
5. | 用叉子將飯翻鬆即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Rinse the rice and drain the water. Puree the onion, garlic, tomato paste and 1/4 cup of water in a food processor. |
2. | Heat the olive oil in a heavy duty pot. Add the rice and stir over medium-high heat until the rice is golden brown, approx. 4 minutes. |
3. | Add the puree from step 1 and stir for 30 seconds. Mix in the rest of the water, salt and Caldo de Pollo. |
4. | Bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to the lowest, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes. |
5. | Fluff the rice with a fork. |
