做法﹕
1. | 炒鍋燒熱後放進橄欖油,洋蔥和大蒜用中火炒到洋蔥變成透明。 |
2. | 加入黑豆稍微攪拌一下。 |
3. | 倒入雞高湯,墨西哥醃料,鹽,黑胡椒和香菜末並攪拌均勻。煮滾後撇去浮在湯上的泡沫和渣滓。 |
4. | 加蓋繼續用小火煮30分鐘,不時攪拌一下。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Add olive oil, onion and garlic to a heated pan. Sauté until the onion is translucent. |
2. | Add the black beans and stir briefly. |
3. | Mix in the chicken stock, Mexican marinade, salt, black pepper and cilantro. Bring the mixture to a boil then skim off the foams at the surface of the soup. |
4. | Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stir occasionally. |
