韓式涼拌蘿蔔 Musaengchae (Spicy Radish Salad)

材料 Ingredients
白蘿蔔 Daikon1 磅 lb (450g)
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
韓國辣椒粉 Korean red pepper powder 1 大匙 Tbs
魚露 Fish sauce 1 大匙 Tbs
糖 Sugar 2 小匙 tsp
米醋 Rice Vinegar1 小匙 tsp
大蒜末 Minced garlic 2 小匙 tsp
蔥花 Minced scallion 1 大匙 Tbs
熟白芝麻 Roasted white sesame seed 2 小匙 tsp

做法﹕
1.蘿蔔去皮後切成火柴棒粗條。拌入1/2小匙鹽後靜置30分鐘讓其出水。
2.將蘿蔔絲擠乾,放進碗裡与辣椒粉拌勻後再加入剩餘材料拌勻。
3.裝入密閉容器後放進冰箱冷藏至少30分鐘再食用。



PROCEDURE:
1.Peel the daikon and cut it into matchstick like strips. Rub 1/2 tsp. of salt with the daikon strips. Set them aside for at least 30 minutes to sweat.
2.Squeeze the daikon dry then mix with the chili pepper powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
3.Place the daikon salad in a air tight container then store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serve.
