做法﹕
1. | 蘿蔔去皮後切成火柴棒粗條。拌入1/2小匙鹽後靜置30分鐘讓其出水。 |
2. | 將蘿蔔絲擠乾,放進碗裡与辣椒粉拌勻後再加入剩餘材料拌勻。 |
3. | 裝入密閉容器後放進冰箱冷藏至少30分鐘再食用。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Peel the daikon and cut it into matchstick like strips. Rub 1/2 tsp. of salt with the daikon strips. Set them aside for at least 30 minutes to sweat. |
2. | Squeeze the daikon dry then mix with the chili pepper powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. |
3. | Place the daikon salad in a air tight container then store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serve. |
