1. | 小鍋裡燒開2杯水後,輕輕地將蛋放進水裡,小心不要碰裂。蛋必須是剛從冰箱裡拿出來的。 |
2. | 熄火並加入1杯冷水。加蓋後讓其靜置20分鐘。 |
3. | 取出蛋後用冷水沖30秒(或浸泡在冷水裡1分鐘)。 |
4. | 將一個蛋打進小碗裡,淋上1大匙柴魚醬油,再撒上1/2大匙蔥花即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot. Gently add the eggs into the hot water - be careful not to crack the eggs. Get the eggs from the fridge right before cooking. |
2. | Turn the heat off and add 1 cup of cold water. Cover the pot and let it sit for 20 minutes. |
3. | Remove the eggs and rinse under running water for 30 seconds (You can also soak the eggs in cold water for 1 minute.). |
4. | Crack one egg in a small bowl. Add 1 tbs of bonito dressing and sprinkle with 1/2 Tbs. of minced scallion. |
微波溫泉蛋 Microwaved Onsen (Hot Spring) Eggs

1. | 將蛋打在小碗裡,再加2/3杯水(水必須蓋過蛋黃,而蛋必須是剛從冰箱裡拿出來的)。 |
2. | 放進微波爐微45秒。每家微波爐的瓦數不同,請自行調整時間。 |
3. | 取出小碗,將水倒掉。淋上1大匙柴魚醬油,再撒上1/2大匙蔥花即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Crack an egg in a small bowl then add 2/3 cup of water (The water must over the egg. Get the eggs from the fridge right before cooking.). |
2. | Microwave the egg for 45 seconds. Your microwave may have different watts from mine. Please adjust the time as needed. |
3. | Remove the bowl from the microwave and pour the water off. Add 1 tbs of bonito dressing and sprinkle with 1/2 Tbs. of minced scallion. |
