溫泉蛋 Onsen (Hot Spring) Eggs

材料 Ingredients
新鮮冰雞蛋 Fresh Egg (right from fridge)4 個 ea
柴魚醬汁 Bonito Dressing 4 大匙 Tbs
蔥花 Minced scallion2 大匙 Tbs
水 Water2+1 杯 cup

做法
1.小鍋裡燒開2杯水後,輕輕地將蛋放進水裡,小心不要碰裂。蛋必須是剛從冰箱裡拿出來的。
2.熄火並加入1杯冷水。加蓋後讓其靜置20分鐘。
3.取出蛋後用冷水沖30秒(或浸泡在冷水裡1分鐘)。
4.將一個蛋打進小碗裡,淋上1大匙柴魚醬油,再撒上1/2大匙蔥花即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot. Gently add the eggs into the hot water - be careful not to crack the eggs. Get the eggs from the fridge right before cooking.
2.Turn the heat off and add 1 cup of cold water. Cover the pot and let it sit for 20 minutes.
3.Remove the eggs and rinse under running water for 30 seconds (You can also soak the eggs in cold water for 1 minute.).
4.Crack one egg in a small bowl. Add 1 tbs of bonito dressing and sprinkle with 1/2 Tbs. of minced scallion.



微波溫泉蛋 Microwaved Onsen (Hot Spring) Eggs

材料 Ingredients
新鮮冰雞蛋 Fresh Egg (right from fridge)1 個 ea
柴魚醬汁 Bonito Dressing 1 大匙 Tbs
蔥花 Minced scallion1/2 大匙 Tbs
水 Water3/4 杯 cup
微波溫泉蛋圖片

做法
1.將蛋打在小碗裡,再加2/3杯水(水必須蓋過蛋黃,而蛋必須是剛從冰箱裡拿出來的)。
2.放進微波爐微45秒。每家微波爐的瓦數不同,請自行調整時間。
3.取出小碗,將水倒掉。淋上1大匙柴魚醬油,再撒上1/2大匙蔥花即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Crack an egg in a small bowl then add 2/3 cup of water (The water must over the egg. Get the eggs from the fridge right before cooking.).
2.Microwave the egg for 45 seconds. Your microwave may have different watts from mine. Please adjust the time as needed.
3.Remove the bowl from the microwave and pour the water off. Add 1 tbs of bonito dressing and sprinkle with 1/2 Tbs. of minced scallion.
