希臘黃瓜優格醬 Tzatziki (Greek Cucumber Yogurt Sauce)

材料 Ingredients
英國黃瓜(切丁) English cucumber (diced)1/2 中條 medium
希臘原味優格 Plain Greek yogurt1 杯 cup
新鮮檸檬汁 Fresh lemon juice1 大匙 Tbs
大蒜末 Minced garlic1 小匙 tsp
蒔蘿(切碎) Dill (chopped)1/2 大匙 Tbs
薄荷葉(切碎) Mint (chopped)1/2 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒 Black pepper1/8 小匙 tsp

做法﹕黃瓜加1小匙鹽拌勻放在一旁30分鐘讓其出水。擠乾後與其它材料放進食物處理機打成泥狀。請自行調整鹽的份量。
Method: Mix the diced cucumber with 1 tsp. of salt. Set it aside for 30 minutes then squeeze the cucumber dry. Blend the cucumber and all other ingredients in a food process until well combined and smooth. Adjust the salt quantity as needed.
