越式海鮮醬 Hoisin Peanut Dipping Sauce

材料 Ingredients
食用油 Cooking oil1 大匙 Tbs
蒜末 Minced garlic1 大匙 Tbs
海鮮醬 Hoisin Sauce1/4 杯 cup
花生醬 Creamy peanut butter1 大匙 Tbs
水 Water1/2 杯 cup
辣椒醬(可免) Chili paste (optional)1/4 小匙 tsp

做法: 將蒜末和1大匙油在鍋炒香後,放進剩餘材料煮滾後立即熄火。放置一旁待涼。
Method: Add 1 tbs. of oil and minced garlic in a heated pan. Sauce until aromatic. Add the remaining ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and let the sauce cool down.
