註: 如果買不到打拋葉和椰糖,可用九層塔和黃糖分別取代。
Note: If the holly basil and palm sugar are not available, substitute with Thai basil and brown sugar respectively.
做法
1. | 炒鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油,大蒜,紅辣椒,紅蔥頭炒香。 |
2. | 加入1/4杯水和絞肉,繼續炒到絞肉全部散開。 |
3. | 最後加入生抽,老抽,蠔油,椰糖和打拋葉炒勻即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Add 2 tbs. of oil, garlic, red chili, shallot in a heated wok and suaté until aromatic. |
2. | Add 1/4 cup of water and the ground pork and stir util the ground beef is completely loosen |
3. | Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, palm sugar and holly basil and mix well. |
