做法
1. | 半奶油和糖放進鍋裡用中火煮到糖完全融化。 |
2. | 轉中小火,繼續煮到半奶油剩下一半,大約40分鐘。當中不要攪拌。 |
3. | 用平濾網或湯匙撇去浮在表面的泡沫。 |
4. | 熄火,攪拌均勻後裝瓶,待冷卻後放進冰箱儲存。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Place the half-and-half and sugar in a small pot. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. |
2. | Turn the heat to medium-low. continue to cooking until the half-and-half is reduced to half, approx. 40 minutes. Do not stir while cooking. |
3. | Use a flat strainer or spoon to skim off the foams on the top. |
4. | Turn the heat off. Stir a little bit then pour the mixture into a jar. After cooling completely, store it in a fridge. |
