做法
1. | 把每根秋葵的蒂切掉,再沿著頭四周削成鉛筆狀(見下圖)。 |
2. | 將鹽均勻地撒在秋葵上。用手輕輕地搓揉將秋葵上的細毛揉掉。 |
3. | 秋葵用水沖洗乾淨後濾乾。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut off the tip of each okra. Trim around the head to form a pencil shape (see photos above). |
2. | Evenly sprinkle salt over the okras. Gently rub the okras to remove the tiny hairs. |
3. | Rinse and drain the okras. |
