做法
1. | 大黃瓜削皮後橫切成4cm小塊。 |
2. | 用湯匙或圓形小切模挖除黃瓜籽。 |
3. | 將鹽均勻地抹在黃瓜塊上。 |
4. | 大黃瓜內部抹上薄薄一層玉米粉後塞滿鮮肉餡。 |
5. | 裝盤後放進用大火蒸 20 分鐘即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Peel the cucumber and cut it crosswise into 1.5" pieces. |
2. | Use a spoon or round cutter to remove the seeds. |
3. | Evenly rub the salt onto the cucumber pieces. |
4. | Spread a thin layer of corn starch inside of each cucumber ring. Stuff the cucumber rings with meat filling. |
5. | Place the stuffed cucumber on a plate and steam over high heat for 20 minutes. |
