黃瓜塞肉 Stuffed Cucumber with Ground Pork

材料 Ingredients
大黃瓜 Cucumber 1 條 ea
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
玉米粉 Corn Starch 1 大匙 Tbs
鮮肉餡 Meat Filling 1/2 磅 lb

做法
1.大黃瓜削皮後橫切成4cm小塊。
2.用湯匙或圓形小切模挖除黃瓜籽。
3.將鹽均勻地抹在黃瓜塊上。
4.大黃瓜內部抹上薄薄一層玉米粉後塞滿鮮肉餡。
5.裝盤後放進用大火蒸 20 分鐘即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Peel the cucumber and cut it crosswise into 1.5" pieces.
2.Use a spoon or round cutter to remove the seeds.
3.Evenly rub the salt onto the cucumber pieces.
4.Spread a thin layer of corn starch inside of each cucumber ring. Stuff the cucumber rings with meat filling.
5.Place the stuffed cucumber on a plate and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
