涼拌豆芽 Bean Sprouts Salad with Light Dressing

材料 Ingredients
綠豆芽Mung bean sprouts 1/2 磅 lb (225g)
熟白芝麻 Roasted white sesame 1/8 小匙 tsp
基本涼拌醬汁 (淡) Light basic dressing 1 份 portion
涼拌豆芽圖片

做法
1.將豆芽洗乾淨, 把較長的根部及帶殼的部份摘掉。如果是宴客, 每一根的頭尾都摘除比較好看。
2. 把基本涼拌醬汁準備好。
3.將 2/3鍋的水燒滾。放入豆芽燙30秒熱後立即撈出瀝乾。
4.加入基本涼拌醬汁和白芝麻拌勻。等冷卻後放入冰箱冷藏。



PROCEDURE
1.Wash the bean sprouts, pinch off the longer roots and husks. For better looking, you can pinch the root and husk out of each single bean sprout, but it takes a lot of time.
2.Prepare the Light Basic Dressing.
3.Boil 2/3 pot of water. Add the bean sprouts and cook for 30 seconds. Transfer the bean sprouts to a colander.
4.Mix bean sprouts with light basic dressing and white sesame in a big bowl. Store them in a refrigerator while they are cold. Serve cold.
