做法
1. | 將豆芽洗乾淨, 把較長的根部及帶殼的部份摘掉。如果是宴客, 每一根的頭尾都摘除比較好看。 |
2. | 把基本涼拌醬汁準備好。 |
3. | 將 2/3鍋的水燒滾。放入豆芽燙30秒熱後立即撈出瀝乾。 |
4. | 加入基本涼拌醬汁和白芝麻拌勻。等冷卻後放入冰箱冷藏。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Wash the bean sprouts, pinch off the longer roots and husks. For better looking, you can pinch the root and husk out of each single bean sprout, but it takes a lot of time. |
2. | Prepare the Light Basic Dressing. |
3. | Boil 2/3 pot of water. Add the bean sprouts and cook for 30 seconds. Transfer the bean sprouts to a colander. |
4. | Mix bean sprouts with light basic dressing and white sesame in a big bowl. Store them in a refrigerator while they are cold. Serve cold. |
