做法
| 1. | 在每隻雞腿背面切開﹐這樣會醃得比較入味﹐而且較容易熟。 |
| 2. | 將腐乳醃料準備好。 |
| 3. | 將雞腿和腐乳醃料放在塑膠袋內醃至少 2 個小時放置在烤盤上﹐切開的那面向下。 |
| 4. | 將烤箱預熱到 425° F (220°C)。將雞串放在烤盤上﹐放進烤箱中層烤 25 分鐘。 |
| 5. | 將雞腿翻面刷上醃剩下的腐乳醃料後再烤 20分鐘即可。 |

PROCEDURE
| 1. | Cut the back of each chicken drum open. |
| 2. | Prepare the Fermented Tofu Marinade. |
| 3. | Marinate the chicken drums with Fermented Tofu marinade in a plastic bag for at least 2 hours. |
| 4. | Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the chicken on a grill pan, back side up. Put the pan on the middle-upper rack. Bake the chicken for 25 minutes. |
| 5. | Turn the chicken and brush the remained Fermented Tofu marinade. Continue baking for another 20 minutes. |
