做法
1. | 將豬肉切成 4cm 厚片。 |
2. | 將叉燒醃料準備好。 |
3. | 將豬肉和叉燒醃料A料放在塑膠袋內在冰箱內醃至少 1 天但不要超過 3 天。 |
4. | 將烤箱預熱到 400°F (205°C)。將肉片放在烤盤上﹐刷上叉燒醃料 B 料後放進烤箱中層烤20分鐘。 |
5. | 將肉片翻面刷上剩下的叉燒醃料 B 料後再烤 20分鐘即可。 |
6. | 叉燒要等涼了以後再切。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut the pork into 1.5" thick slices. |
2. | Prepare the Char-Siu Marinade. |
3. | Marinate the pork slices with Char-Siu Marinade part A for at least 1 day, but no more than 3 days. |
4. | Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Place the pork on a grill pan. Brush the pork with Char-Siu marinade part B. Place the pan on the middle-upper rack and bake for 20 minutes. |
5. | Flip the pork over and brush the remaining Char-Siu Marinade part B. Continue to bake for another 20 minutes. |
6. | Cut the Char-Siu pork after it cools down. |
