涼麵拌醬 Cold Noodle Sauce
材料 Ingredients (椒麻口味 Pepper & Chili Flavor)
| 醬油 Soy sauce | 1/4 | 杯 cup |
| 鹽 Salt | 1/2 | 小匙 tps |
| 糖 Sugar | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 白醋 Rice vinegar | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 辣油 Chili oil | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 花椒粉 Chinese chili powder | 1/2 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 芝麻醬 Sesame paste | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 麻油 Sesame oil | 4 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 無鹽雞高湯 Unsalted chicken stock | 1/2 | 杯 cup |
| 蒜蓉(可免) Grated garlic (optional) | 1 | 小匙 tsp |

| 醬油 Soy sauce | 1/4 | 杯 cup |
| 鹽 Salt | 1/3 | 小匙 tps |
| 糖 Sugar | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 白醋 Rice vinegar | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 烏醋 Dark Rice vinegar | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 芝麻醬 Sesame paste | 4 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 花生醬 Peanut butter | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 豆腐乳 Femented Tofu | 2 | 小匙 tsp |
| 麻油 Sesame oil | 4 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 無鹽雞高湯 Unsalted chicken stock | 1/4 | 杯 cup |
| 蒜蓉(可免) Grated garlic (optional) | 2 | 小匙 tsp |

做法﹕將所以材料混合用果汁機打勻即可。使用前要搖一搖。
Instructions: Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a blender. Shake before use.
