1. | 將紅豆湯準備好。 |
2. | 把4杯水煮開後加入芋圓和地瓜圓用中火煮熟,約5分鐘。如果芋圓或地瓜圓是冷凍過的,煮的時間要加長。 |
3. | 撈出煮熟的芋圓和地瓜圓加入紅豆湯即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Prepare the red bean soup. |
2. | Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Add the taro and yam balls and cook in medium heat until they are done (approx.. 5 minutes). If the taro or yam balls are frozen, increase the cooking time. |
3. | Transfer the cooked taro and yam balls (without water) to the red bean soup. |
