鮭魚親子炊飯 Salmon Pot Rice Salmon Roes

材料 Ingredients
鹽燒鮭魚 鹽燒鮭魚 Shiojake (Japanese Salted Salmon)1/4 磅 lb (112g)
鮭魚卵 Salmon roe 2 大匙 Tbs
日式炊飯調味包 Japanese pot rice seasoning 1 包 pack
白米 Short-grain rice 1-1/2 杯cup
水 Water3/4 杯cup
紫菜絲 Shredded Seaweed 少許 few
蔥花 Minced scallison 少許 few

註:如果沒有炊飯調味包,請將3/4杯水改為1-1/2的柴魚麵湯頭
Note: If you don't have the pot rice seasoning, substitute 3/4 cup of water with 1-1/2 cups of the Bonito Soup Base.

做法
1.將米,炊飯調味包的蔬菜包材料和水放進電鍋煮熟。
2.把鹹鮭魚撕成小丁。
3.將鮭魚丁和炊飯調味包的醬料倒入煮熟的飯粒拌勻翻鬆。
4.飯盛到大碗裡。將鮭魚卵均勻撒在飯上,再隨各人喜好加上紫菜絲和蔥花。



PROCEDURE
1.Mix and cook the rice, the vegetable ingredients in the pot rice seasoning pack and the water in a rice cooker.
2.Tear the cooked salmon into tiny pieces.
3.Add the salmon and the sauce in the pot rice seasoning pack and mix until the rice is loose without clumps.
4.Transfer the rice to a big bowl. Evenly sprinkle the salmon roes over the rice. Sprinkle few shredded seaweed and minced scallion as desired.
