1. | 準備紅酒醬。 |
2. | 當紅酒醬在燜煮時,依照煎牛排 做法將牛排煎到你喜歡的熟度。 |
3. | 當牛排煎好覆蓋錫箔休息時,完成紅酒醬。 |
4. | 裝盤時先放適量紅酒醬,上放牛排,旁側再加上馬鈴薯泥,烤蘆筍和蜂蜜紅蘿蔔。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Prepare the Red Wine Sauce. |
2. | While the Red Wine Sauce is simmering, follow the instruction in Pan-Seared Steak to cook the steak to the desired doneness. |
3. | While the steak is covered with a piece of foil and resting, finish the Red Wine Sauce. |
4. | Place proper amount of the Red Wine Sauce on a plate, and the stake on top of the sauce. Set the mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and honey glazed carrots on the side. |
