牛油青蔥餡 Scallion Butter Filling

材料 Ingredients
蔥花 Minced scallion 1-1/2 杯 cup
無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter3 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
白胡椒 White pepper1/8 小匙 tsp
咖哩粉(可免) Curry powder (optional)1/2 小匙 tsp

做法﹕牛油如果是冰的,用微波爐微8秒使其軟化。再將牛油与其它材料攪拌均勻即可。



Method: If the butter is cold and solid, heat it in a microwave for 8 second. Combine the butter with the other ingredients.
