做法:
1. | 羅馬生菜逐葉洗乾淨後切成小塊。番茄洗乾淨後与生菜一起用除水器除水或用紙巾擦乾。洋菇洗乾淨後馬上擦乾再切成薄片。烤彩椒切成寬條。馬茲瑞拉起司刨成絲。 |
2. | 準備好義大利油醋汁。 |
3. | 將適量地中海油醋汁与生菜,番茄,洋菇和彩椒拌勻,再撒上橄欖和馬茲瑞拉起司即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Wash the romaine lettuces leaf by leaf. Cut them into small pieces. Wash the grape tomatoes. Dry the lettuces and tomatoes in a salad spinner or with paper towels. Rinse the mushrooms and dry them immediately. Cut them into thin slices. Cut the roasted peppers into wide strips. Shred the mozzarella cheese. |
2. | Prepare the Italian Vinaigrette. |
3. | Mix proper amount of the Italian Vinaigrette with the vegetables. Sprinkle with the olives and crumbled Feta cheese. |
