做法
1. | 依照需要將叉燒肉切成適當的小丁。 |
2. | 將蔥,薑,蠔油,糖麻油,白胡椒粉和1/2杯水放進小鍋裡用煮滾後用最小火煮3分鐘。撈出蔥薑後加入叉燒肉。 |
3. | 2大匙芡粉用2大匙水調勻後倒入鍋裡煮到醬汁黏稠。熄火放涼以後使用。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut the Char-Siu BBQ pork into desired size. |
2. | Add the scallion, ginger, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper and 1/2 cup of water into a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil then cook over lowest heat for 3 minutes. Remove the scallion and ginger then add the char-siu pork. |
3. | Mix 2 tbs. of corn starch with 2 tbs. of water. Add the corn starch water to the pot and stir consistently until the sauce is thick. Turn off the heat. Let the filling cool down completely before use. |
