做法
1. | 豬血糕放進電鍋或蒸籠內蒸到熱透。 |
2. | 竹籤對剪成兩半。豬血糕稍涼後切成約9cm x 4cm 長條。將竹籤插入豬血糕。 |
3. | 每塊豬血糕先淋上台灣小吃沾醬,然後兩面沾上花生粉。最後再撒上香菜。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Steam the pig's blood cake in a rice cooker or steamer until the cake is heated through. |
2. | Scissor each bamboo skewer in half. Cut the pig's blood cake into 3.5" x 1.5" strips. Insert one bamboo skewer into one piece of pig's blood cake. |
3. | Spoon the Taiwanese Dipping Sauce over the pig's blood cake. Coat the cake with ground peanuts. Sprinkle with minced cilantro. |
