蔭樹子(破布子)蒸魚 Steamed Fish with Pickled Manjack fruit

材料 Ingredients
大比目魚魚排(2cm厚) Halibut steak (0.75"thick) 2 塊pc
薑絲 Ginger julianne 1 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1/4 小匙 tsp
蔭樹子(帶汁) Pickled manjack fruit (Including juice) 5 大匙 Tbs

做法﹕
1.魚排擦乾後兩面撒上鹽。盤上放兩支筷子,將魚放在筷子上。魚上撒上薑絲,再淋上蔭樹子和其醬汁。
2.蒸籠水燒滾。魚放進蒸籠裡用大火蒸10分鐘。蒸好後抽出筷子,將底部醬汁淋在魚上。



PROCEDURE:
1.Dry the fish with paper towels. Season both sides of the fish with salt. Put two chopsticks on a plate and place the fish on top of them. Sprinkle with the ginger juliennes, the pickled manjack fruit and its juice.
2.Bring the water in the steamer to a boil. Steam the fish in high heat for 10 minutes. Remove the plate and take out the chopsticks. Spoon the sauce on the plate over the fish.
