做法:
1. | 將一半的山莓,兩根百里香,糖和水放進小鍋用中火煮20分鐘,邊煮邊用木匙將山莓壓碎。 |
2. | 把煮好的糖漿經由濾網倒入碗裡。用木杓擠壓殘留在濾网裡的山莓使其流入碗裡。 |
3. | 把糖漿倒入容器內,再加入蘇打水用筷子攪拌均勻。 |
4. | 飲用時,先在杯裡放進適量冰塊,三顆山莓,兩小根白里香,再注滿山莓百香里蘇打。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Place half of the raspberries, two sprigs of the thymes, sugar and water into a small sauce pan and cook in medium heat for 20 minutes. Use a wood spatula to crush the raspberries. |
2. | Pour the raspberry syrup through a sieve into a bowl. Use the wood spatula to press the raspberries in the sieve and squeeze out as much of the juice as you can. |
3. | Pour the syrup into the container. Then add the club soda. Mix both with a chopstick. |
4. | To serve the drink, place proper amount of ice, 3 raspberries, 2 small sprigs of thyme in a glass, then fill the glass with the raspberry thyme soda. |
