做法﹕
1. | 在一個淺盤子先將蛋打散,再加入牛奶,糖,香草精,鹽和肉桂粉打勻。 |
2. | 將吐司片放進蛋液中,兩面都要浸泡到。拿起麵包讓多餘的蛋汁流下。 |
3. | 煎鍋燒熱(不要過熱)後塗上牛油。放上吐司用中小火煎2分鐘,翻面後再煎2分鐘或煎到呈金黃色。 |
4. | 將吐司對切成三角形,依照個人喜愛撒上糖粉或淋上楓糖漿或各式果醬。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Beat the eggs in a shallow dish. Add the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt and ground cinnamon and stir to combine. |
2. | Dip the toast slices in the egg mixture, soaking both sides. Gently pick up the bread and let the excessive juice drip. |
3. | Butter a medium-heated griddle. Fry the toasts over medium-low heat for 2 minutes. Flip over and continue to cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown. |
4. | Cut each slice into two triangles. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or maple syrup or jam as desired. |
