做法﹕
1. | 橄欖油用中小火燒熱,但不要到冒煙的程度。 |
2. | 熄火。加入蒜末到油裡。輕晃鍋子數下後放置一旁等油完全冷卻。 |
3. | 將油經由濾網濾出。把油裝在密閉的容器內保存。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a small sauce pan. Do not make the oil smoke. |
2. | Turn the heat off. Add the minced garlic and gently shake the pan several times. Set the pan aside and let the oil cool completely. |
3. | Drain the oil through a sieve. Store the oil in an air tight container. |
