做法:
1. | 將優格和糖放進小鍋裡用小火煮到糖完全溶化,要不斷攪動注意不要沸騰。熄火,放到一旁待涼。 |
2. | 等優格完全冷卻,加入檸檬汁拌勻。 |
3. | 食用時加入冰水或蘇打水稀釋,優格和水比例是3:1。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Place the yogurt and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until the sugar completely dissolved, stir consistently. Do not let the mixture boil. Turn off the heat and set the saucepan aside to cool down. |
2. | Add the lemon juice to the cooled yogurt and mix. |
3. | While serving, dilute the yogurt mix with water or club soda. The yogurt-water ratio is 3:1. |
