做法
1. | 油麵在冷水下略微沖洗後濾乾。(註:自己做的可省略此步驟。) |
2. | 將豆芽洗乾淨, 把較長的根部及帶殼的部份摘掉。韭菜洗乾淨後切成4cm小段。 |
3. | 炒鍋加入2杯高湯和肉燥燒滾。 |
4. | 加入油麵,豆芽,韭菜和白胡椒粉翻炒到豆芽脫生即油麵熱透即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Rinse the oily noodles under running water then drain. (Note: skip this step if the noodles are home-made.) |
2. | Wash the bean sprouts, pinch off the longer roots and husks. Wash the garlic chives and cut them into 1.5" segments. |
3. | Add the Taiwanese Style Meat Sauce and stock in a wok. Bring the mixture to a boil. |
4. | Place in the oil noodles, bean sprouts, chives and white pepper. Cook over medium heat until the bean sprouts are done and the noodles are heated through, stir consistently. |
