做法:
1. | 石榴洗乾淨後橫切成兩半。每一半沿著邊緣劃幾刀。 |
2. | 烤盤上放上烤架。石榴放在烤架上,切面向下。用擀麵棍敲打石榴,讓石榴籽透過烤架掉入烤盤內。 |
3. | 將烤盤內小塊的白色果膜取出丟棄。石榴籽裝在容器內加蓋放進冰箱冷藏備用。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Horizontally cut a pomegranate in half. Make several slits around the edge of each half. |
2. | Place a wire pan grate on a baking pan then place the pomegranate halves on the grate – cut-side facing down. Whack the pomegranate with a rolling pin so the seeds fall into the pan through the grate. |
3. | Remove and discard any white membrane on the pan. Store the pomegranate seeds in a container with a lid in the fridge. |
