做法:
| 1. | 牛油放在室溫直到完全軟化。糖粉過篩。 | 
| 2. | 糖粉和牛油放進碗裡用打蛋器攪拌均勻後加入蛋打勻。 | 
| 3. | 把麵粉和奶粉過篩到蛋糊裡再攪勻。不要過度攪拌 | 
| 4. | 將麵糊放進冰箱冰透。這樣比較好操作。 | 

Procedure:
| 1. | Place the butter in room temperature until soft. Sift the confectioner's sugar. | 
| 2. | Beat the sugar and butter in a bowl with an egg beater. Add the egg and beat until smooth. | 
| 3. | Sift the flour and milk powder into the egg mixture. Mix until combined. Do not over mix. | 
| 4. | Store the batter in the fridge until chilled so it will be easier to handle. |
