格蘭諾拉 (蜂蜜烤燕麥堅果) Granola

燕麥片 Rolled oat 4 杯 cup
綜合堅果 Assorted nuts 1-1/2 杯 cup
鹽 Salt1 小匙 tsp
肉桂粉 Ground cinnamon1/2 小匙 tsp
蜂蜜 Honey 1/2 杯 cup
香草精 Vanila extract 1/2 小匙 tsp
乾果 Dried fruit 2/3 杯 cup

做法
1.烤箱預熱到350°F(175°C)。烤盤鋪上烘培紙。堅果略切。
2.將除了乾果的所有材料放進攪拌缸,裝上槳狀腳用最低速拌勻後移轉到烤盤,用抹刀抹平。
3.放進烤箱烤到呈金黃色,大約22分鐘,中途要拿出攪拌一下。
4.取出烤盤拌入乾果後放置一旁待涼。等完全冷卻變酥脆後後裝進密封容器。如果短期內不食用,可放進冰庫冷凍。



PROCEDURE
1.Preheat the oven to 350°F(175°C). Cover the bottom of a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roughly chop the nuts.
2.Place all ingredients (except for the dried fruits) in a mixing bowl. Install a flat beater to the mixer and mix over low speed until blended. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread it into an even layer with a spatula.
3.Bake until golden brown, approx. 22 minutes – stirring in the half way.
4.Remove the baking sheet from the oven and mix in the dried fruits. Set the baking sheet aside to cool down. Store the granola in an air-tight container after it cools completely and becomes crispy. If no using in a short period, store it in the freezer.
