做法
1. | 烤箱預熱到350°F(175°C)。烤盤鋪上烘培紙。堅果略切。 |
2. | 將除了乾果的所有材料放進攪拌缸,裝上槳狀腳用最低速拌勻後移轉到烤盤,用抹刀抹平。 |
3. | 放進烤箱烤到呈金黃色,大約22分鐘,中途要拿出攪拌一下。 |
4. | 取出烤盤拌入乾果後放置一旁待涼。等完全冷卻變酥脆後後裝進密封容器。如果短期內不食用,可放進冰庫冷凍。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Preheat the oven to 350°F(175°C). Cover the bottom of a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roughly chop the nuts. |
2. | Place all ingredients (except for the dried fruits) in a mixing bowl. Install a flat beater to the mixer and mix over low speed until blended. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread it into an even layer with a spatula. |
3. | Bake until golden brown, approx. 22 minutes – stirring in the half way. |
4. | Remove the baking sheet from the oven and mix in the dried fruits. Set the baking sheet aside to cool down. Store the granola in an air-tight container after it cools completely and becomes crispy. If no using in a short period, store it in the freezer. |
