| 1. | 將雞胸肉撕成粗絲。 |
| 2. | 準備 紅蔥油醬汁 。 |
| 3. | 將雞肉絲和1/4杯水加入紅蔥油醬汁內拌勻並用中火煮2分鐘。 |
| 4. | 將雞肉絲和醬汁淋在飯上。佐以醃小黃瓜或黃蘿蔔乾。 |

PROCEDURE
| 1. | Tear the chicken breast into thick strips |
| 2. | Prepare Fried Shallot Oil Sauce . |
| 3. | Add the shredded chicken and ¼ cup of water into the Frid Shallot Oil Sauce. Stir and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. |
| 4. | Pour the chicken along with the sauce over the rice. Serve with pickled cucumber or yellow pickled daikon. |
