做法
1. | 白菜切大塊,洋蔥切細絲,洋菇切成厚片,金針菇底部切掉,京蔥切斜片,豆腐切塊,魚板切片,罐頭肉切厚片。 |
2. | 湯鍋內加入油和洋蔥炒香。再加入白菜和1/4杯水用中火煮到白菜變軟塌下。將泡菜和年糕鋪在白菜上,再將豆腐,洋菇,京蔥,豬肉片,罐頭肉,魚板,金針菇和泡麵放進鍋裡。 |
3. | 加入泡麵的調味料,再倒入6杯水用中火煮到所有食材都熟了即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut the Napa cabbage into large pieces, julienne the onion, cut the mushrooms into thick slices, cut off the bottom of the Enoki mushroom, diagonally cut the Welsh onion into segments, cut the tofu into rectangle pieces, slice the fish cake and cut the SAMP meat into thick slices. |
2. | Add the oil and onion to a soup pot and sauté until aromatic. Place in the Napa cabbage and ¼ cup of water. Cook over medium heat until the cabbage shrinks. Arrange the tofu, mushroom, Welsh onion, port, SPAM, fish cake, Enoki mushroom and instant noodles in the pot. |
3. | Add the seasonings from the instant noodle package then pour in 6 cups of water. Cook over medium heat until all the ingredients are done. |
