做法:
1. | 將芋頭切成1cm小塊後放進電鍋或蒸籠裡蒸20分鐘,或蒸到你喜歡的軟度。 |
2. | 鍋裡燒開4杯水。放進西米用中小火煮15分鐘,要不時攪拌。 |
3. | 撈出煮好的西米在冷水下沖涼,然後浸泡在冷水中10分鐘。原鍋裡的水丟掉。 |
4. | 取1/2蒸好的芋頭与2杯水用食物處理機打勻,然後和椰奶及糖一起倒入鍋裡用中火煮到糖融化。 |
4. | 西米濾乾水份,舀一勺椰汁和西米拌勻後再一起倒回鍋裡拌勻。最後加入剩餘的芋頭繼續用中小火煮15分鐘,要不時攪拌。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut the taro into 1 cm cubes. Steam the taro in a rice cooker or steamer for 20 minutes, or until the taro reaches desired tenderness. |
2. | Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Add the sago and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stir occasionally. |
3. | Drain the water and rinse the sago under running cold water. Soak the sago in cold water for 10 minutes. |
4. | Puree half of the steamed taro in a blender with 2 cups of water. Place the taro puree, coconut milk and sugar in the pot and cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. |
4. | Drain the sago. Mix the sago with a ladle of the coconut mixture, then pour the mixture back to the pot. Stir until combined. Add the remaining taro and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stir occasionally. |
