2. | 嫩豆腐等切成4塊。 取一塊擺在碗裡,淋上適量柴魚沾醬,最上面再擺上蔥花,薑泥和柴魚屑。 |

1. | Prepare the Bonito Dipping Sauce . |
2. | Cut the tofu into 4 equal pieces. Place one piece in a bowl, pour the sauce over the tofu and top with minced scallion, grated ginger and dried bonito flakes. |
