冷奴(日式冷豆腐) Hiyayakko (Japanese Cold Tofu)

材料 Ingredients
嫩豆腐(冰) Silken Tofu (Ice cold) 1 盒 pack
柴魚沾醬 Bonito Dipping Sauce 1/2 份 portion
蔥花 Minced scallion 2 大匙 Tbs
薑泥 Grated ginger 1 大匙 Tbs
柴魚屑 Dried bonito flakes2 大匙 Tbs

做法
1.準備柴魚沾醬
2.嫩豆腐等切成4塊。 取一塊擺在碗裡,淋上適量柴魚沾醬,最上面再擺上蔥花,薑泥和柴魚屑。

PROCEDURE
1.Prepare the Bonito Dipping Sauce .
2.Cut the tofu into 4 equal pieces. Place one piece in a bowl, pour the sauce over the tofu and top with minced scallion, grated ginger and dried bonito flakes.
