麵粉糊 Flour Batter


冰水 Ice water1 杯 cup
中筋麵粉 All purpose flour1 杯 cup
發泡粉 Baking powder1/2 小匙 tsp
食油 Cooking oil1 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1/8 小匙 tsp

註﹕將以上乾的材料混合後﹐再慢慢加入水調勻﹐最後再加油。由於每家麵粉的吸水量不同﹐請自行調整水量。拿起裹了麵糊後的食材﹐麵糊有將食材包住並會慢慢往下滴﹐那就是理想的稠度。
Note: Mix all the dry ingredients first, then slowly add the water to form batter. Finally add the oil. You may need add more or use less water. The ideal batter is coat the food completely and drip slowly.
