照燒醬汁(Zhao-Shao) Teriyaki Sauce

材料 Ingredients
醬油 Soy sauce3 大匙 Tbs
糖 Sugar2-1/2 大匙 Tbs
味醂 Mirin3 大匙 Tbs
清酒 Sake1/2 大匙 Tbs
中筋麵粉 All-purpose flour2 小匙 tsp
水 Water2 大匙 Tbs

做法﹕
1.先將麵粉和水在小碗裡調和。
2.醬油,糖,味醂和清酒在小鍋裡用小火煮到糖溶化滾,再加入麵粉水煮到醬汁變稠,要不斷攪動。也可以將所有材料在微波爐用的容器充分拌勻,放進微波爐用強火加熱45秒﹐中間每15秒要停下來攪拌一次。
3.請自行調整麵粉的用量來調整醬汁的稠度。



Procedure:
1.Mix the flour with water in a small bowl.
2.Place the soy sauce, sugar, mirin and sake in a pot and cook over medium-low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add the flour water and cook until the sauce is thick, stir constantly. You can also mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a microwave safe container. Heat over high heat in the microwave for 45 seconds. Pause every 15 seconds to stir the sauce.
3.Adjust the flour to reach the thickness you like.
