1. | 先將麵粉和水在小碗裡調和。 |
2. | 醬油,糖,味醂和清酒在小鍋裡用小火煮到糖溶化滾,再加入麵粉水煮到醬汁變稠,要不斷攪動。也可以將所有材料在微波爐用的容器充分拌勻,放進微波爐用強火加熱45秒﹐中間每15秒要停下來攪拌一次。 |
3. | 請自行調整麵粉的用量來調整醬汁的稠度。 |
1. | Mix the flour with water in a small bowl. |
2. | Place the soy sauce, sugar, mirin and sake in a pot and cook over medium-low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add the flour water and cook until the sauce is thick, stir constantly. You can also mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a microwave safe container. Heat over high heat in the microwave for 45 seconds. Pause every 15 seconds to stir the sauce. |
3. | Adjust the flour to reach the thickness you like. |
